Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the shipping costs. How do I return an item?
Simply email our support team at info@ellasboutiqueboston.com to receive your return authorization and instructions. As a reminder, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

What are your delivery costs?
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. No hidden fees at checkout!
What happens if I miss my delivery or refuse a package?
Since we offer free shipping and process orders automatically, the responsibility for receiving the package lies with the customer. If a package is refused or not collected from a pickup point, it is not eligible for a refund. However, we offer a one-time reshipment for a fee of 30% of the original order price to cover the return and handling costs.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey on our Track Your Order page.
